    As a CFO thinking about attending my very first AFP Annual Conference, I figured attending the event would be a good way to maximize the effectiveness and the efficiency of my search for two important pieces of information: (1) a data analytics and visualization tool and (2) more info on a best in class rolling forecasting process/tool. I could, in one place, over a two and half day period, see how the different tools and services work, do some quick pro/con, compare/contrast, see some demos, and get some back of envelope estimates and some current user feedback.
